Pune/Gurugram: Mercedes-Benz India has introduced the Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupe, further enhancing its top-end luxury performance portfolio in the country.
Combining the agility of the C-Class with the space and status of the E-Class, this two-door performance coupé is engineered for driving enthusiasts seeking both sportiness and executive presence.
High-Performance Powertrain
At its heart is a comprehensively upgraded 3.0-litre M 256M inline six-cylinder turbocharged engine producing 330 kW (449 hp) and 560 Nm torque, with an overboost function delivering up to 600 Nm for 12 seconds.

The integrated starter-generator (ISG) adds 17 kW (23 hp) and 205 Nm, while powering the 48-volt onboard system. The enhanced electric additional compressor and larger turbocharger deliver responsive acceleration, especially in the mid-speed range.
Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupe: Performance and Driving Dynamics
The Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupe features the AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9G transmission for quick gear changes, five AMG DYNAMIC SELECT drive modes (Slippery, Comfort, Sport, Sport+, Individual), and fully variable AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive.
It accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 4.2 seconds, with a top speed of 250 km/h, extendable to 270 km/h with the AMG Driver’s Package.
The AMG RIDE CONTROL chassis, with adaptive damping and sporty spring-damper setup, offers three selectable levels for optimal ride comfort and handling. Standard rear-axle steering improves agility at low speeds and stability at high speeds.
Design and Interior Features
The coupe’s exterior is complemented by an interior featuring ARTICO man-made leather/MICROCUT microfibre seats with AMG-specific graphics, red contrast stitching, and a flat-bottom AMG Performance steering wheel.

The latest MBUX infotainment system offers AMG-exclusive “Supersport” display mode, with 12.3-inch driver and 11.9-inch central displays, and dynamic ambient lighting in 64 colours.

Priced at ₹1.35 crore (ex-showroom, India), the Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupe is now available across Mercedes-Benz India dealerships.
